Library Patrons unwelcome

Reports coming in from the Bitterroot Public Library patrons in Hamilton, MT are that they dont feel welcome in their own library.

Is is because the library staff are free to remove their privileges outside of Montana law?

Is it the fact that the taxpayers in Ravalli County and City of Hamilton pay more than a half million a year to pay for a library who doesnt know how to serve the public?

Or perhaps a community which is so abusive to its own taxpaying people, that a library like the Bitterroot Public Library feel they can charge trespassing [August 20, 2009] date of this video.

Breathe deep Hamilton, here are the truths of your public fraud, public abuse of taxpayers and patrons of Bitterroot Public Library.  Wonder why people dont feel welcome, perhaps its the 15 police officers who are abusive to the people who pay their salaries.  They arent smart enough to figure out to be nice to the people who pay their salary.

Law enforcement in an ideal world (outside of the United States) would have an IQ above 100.  The 75 level is the actual retard level [now called cognitive delay].  Emptying a clip into a double amputee in a wheel chair, or a defenseless person is what we now have for law enforcement in the United States. 

The connection to the Bitterroot Public Library and the law enforcement is clear in the top video.  The second encounter with Hamilton Police they were unlawfully in my house.  The police chief made policy to enter my house when a call was made specifically calling him off.  Here is that video.



So if you get a job at Rocky Mountain Labs, Hamilton MT perhaps you should rethink the career move to Hamilton Montana.  Abusive, excessive amount of law enforcement who abuse peoples rights.

A library in Hamilton MT who is willing to use these people to abuse their patrons who pay for the library.  A letter to the US President asking for civil rights, and the Black US president ignored our pleas.

What kind of small think is involved to limit the material included in a library?  What kind of people make fun of patrons, disavow their American Library Assoc. principles.  Simple.  The Bitterroot Public Library in Hamilton, MT where no law exists other than abuse the people.

Dangerous Accident at RML

On May 7, 2012 the Rocky Mountain Labs held a community meeting. During the presentation the Biosafety manager Dr. Nancy Ho described an accident that the NIH facility was required to report to the US Center for Disease Control in Atlanta.

The accident was more than preventable, it should have never happened.

In fact, the Biosafety manager must be removed from her position. As this "professional" and others on her team did not catch the mistake of improper use of lab equipment--it is a BIG embarrassment to the National Institutes of Health at Rocky Mountain Labs.

If you look closely the blue and white box contain test tubes, and the item on the top, a PIPETTE was the culprit of the infectious agent breakage at a level 3 biosafety lab at RML Hamilton MT. The facility is a NIAID facility from the National Institutes of Health.

A glass pipette broke off as a researcher was attempting to stab, scrape or otherwise puncture a frozen layer covering the infectious agent for storage. Dr. Nancy Ho and her biosafety team felt stabbing infectious agents with 60% mortality rates was fine to continue, AFTER an accident happened. It should be noted that pipettes are used to transfer liquids, and have a tapered end like a eye-dropper, and would be a weak point on the device. As most High School students would understand using a pipette on non-liquids would be a problem, the top US researchers (with Ph'D degrees), and the top NIH biosafety people at NIH, CDC did not.

Here is a video I shot on the sound problem, which Marshall Bloom and PHS officer Kelly Hudson committed scientific fraud to endanger, annoy US citizens who reside close to the NIH NIAID biosafety level 4 lab. It is only a matter of time when the directors of the facility disregard health and safety, and allow a dangerous, and potentially lethal procedure to continue at RML.

As scientific procedures are conducted at the Rocky Mountain Labs that are so dangerous and so obvious, there is little to do but evacuate the area, and wonder when the accident that will kill federal employees will happen. As RML has the world expert on Ebola, and no federal protection via fire safety and hazardous material safety, the NIH has decided to be grossly negligent with respect to protection of Americans and federal employees.

The Rocky Mountain lab gets a stop work order--for allowing a practice so unsafe, so seemingly obvious: using a tapered glass pipette as a stabbing device with infectious agents is beyond insane. The decision by biosafety "experts" to continue this practice is criminal negligence.

There is no hope for NIH, and the Rocky Mountain Labs. As low frequency noise is thrust onto area residents, and incompetent safety managers ok the continuance of potentially fatal accidents, and work on materials without a cure (infectious agents) there is an expectation that a Fukashima type accident will occur in Hamilton, MT.

World embarrassment is not enough for NIH who arrogantly continue as if they are the premiere scientific entity in the World. The resignation of Dr. Marshall Bloom Associate Director RML Hamilton Montana was requested due to catastrophic failure of planning for the health and safety of the expansion of the RML facility. In a wilderness location with only volunteer firemen, NIH elected to not provide any specialty emergency equipment or staging facility on the approximate 35 acre campus in Hamilton, Montana. RML enjoyed a 100 year relationship with the local community as Bio safety 2 laboratory; in May 2009 a Bio safety 4 laboratory was online in Hamilton, Montana.

The recent RML expansion uses municipal water for NIH industrial processes, with 89% increased use with no added cost to NIH. Sixty (60) Million gal./yr are dumped into the Bitterroot River without any significant impact studied in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) produced by NIH. Local governments are paid to "train" volunteer firemen to show up to a highly specialized lab, although NIH officials have published that no resources from NIH tax revenue or otherwise enter local governments.

The process at RML creates Low Frequency Noise (LFN) which is harmful to humans. In a March 15, 2011 statement from RML public affairs in Hamilton, MT NIH is willing to "stand behind" the fraudulent data that intentionally lowered the sound emissions to the detriment of the public and NIH employees in Hamilton, Montana at Rocky Mountain Labs or RML.

Several NIH officials, including the office of the Director of NIH, NIAID director at NIH Dr. Anthony Fauci, Office of Research Facility services, NIH NEPA, and other offices have been contacted since 2007 about the safety and health problems associated with the NIH facility in Montana.

RML Associate Director Kelly Hudson wanted to rely on the "expert" Acoustics Engineer who was recently sanctioned for improperly using a Montana Professional Engineer licensure for work on the RML property. The NIH facility in Hamilton, Montana and the sound contractor conspired to defraud the public on actual damaging sound emissions from the facility known as Low Frequency Noise (LFN).

Note: readings at all four quadrants of the RML lab on February 2, 2011 indicated a consistent 20 db drop in noise signature from the facility---they turned down their output for the "tests".  This is known as scientific fraud BY the National Institutes of Health !
