Judicial Ethics rule we think might apply in Ravalli County:

RULE 2.16
Responding to Judicial and Lawyer Misconduct

(A) A judge having knowledge* that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question regarding the judge’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a judge in other respects shall inform the appropriate authority.*

(B) A judge having knowledge that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question regarding the lawyer’s honesty,
trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects shall inform the appropriate authority.

(C) A judge who receives information indicating a substantial likelihood that another judge has committed a violation of this Code shall take appropriate action.

(D) A judge who receives information indicating a substantial likelihood that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct shall take appropriate action.

We did not read that a judge should cover up unethical or unprofessional actions.

Intimidation
Endangerment
Arson (or threat of)
We are supposed to just "suck it up" and not have our taxes pay to protect us.

Why are we so different than a different county in Montana, we share two constitutions?

These Justices are also above parking violations in the City of Hamilton---not for long. A conversation which occurred in chambers in Ravalli County: (we will protect the guilty: no names given)

"If you defend your client in this case, you will never practice law again in Ravalli County"
a separate defense attorney said:

"if you don't play ball, they won't let you work in Ravalli County again."
we also heard from sources that a Montana Supreme Court decision can be bought for a mere sum of $50,000. So if you want justice, make sure your checkbook is fat. ""

Note to Post... I too have heard of the $50,000 price tag for a Supreme Court Decision in the State of Montana AND I have Witnessed Discrimination and Injustice in Hamilton Montana.

I have seen 6 cops called for simple video camera taping in an area that had NO posting ANYWHERE that said No Video Taping... and in that instant the Ravalli Republic WAS called ... not to Report the REAL news because THAT story of THAT day never Came out.. I am now led to believe Looking back that the Ravalli Republic was ONLY there to Defame, Harass, and Set up Michael Spreadbury as he Simply was Trying to Give Voice to an Innocent Montana Victim...
