Stop covering up for a criminal department in Ravalli County.

"

Crime In Ravalli County, Montana, the Nation.

Jeff Fowler pled guilty to felony theft, isn't it interesting that the powers that BE waited after the election of November 2010 to settle this case? The alleged stealing of ammunition was in early 2009, it all seems too convenient. Read below the strange comment from Sheriff Hoffman of Ravalli County regarding Fowler.

One of my colleagues knew Fowler pretty well. He was in charge of the lock up, where I going to say multiple Deputies made the ammo theft their "slush fund". The criminals wear badges like the one pictured above. When these deputies watch porn, get in drunken brawls, tamper with evidence to make crime, Ravalli County is out of control for law enforcement. Showing up at a house in the middle of the night for a civil arrest does not bode well for law enforcement here.

Their municipal brothers are willing to intimidate grandmothers and their grandchildren in public, force them to take pictures to implicate innocent people. Too bad it leads to malicious prosecution, in a court of law.

Our Sheriff, the exalted Chris Hoffman of Ravalli County has threatened his opponent, and a separate citizen running for office. "Watch your step in Ravalli County" says Hoffman.

Well, I'm just 40, and I think I will easily outlive Mr.Hoffman, looking forward to the day I can tell his family and friends that he threatened me while Sheriff, and I am here to tell you about it.

With respect to the Grand Theft AMMO in Ravalli County, Montana within the Sheriff Department, Fowler stated to a State Judge that he did not do it. Hoffman answered to Montana Public Radio that "He does not know why he would say that." I do, its because good cops, and good people are set up to continue the most intense criminal conspiracy, easily covered by state and federal officials protecting Montana.

Ravalli County puts new meaning to the "good old boy" network. The current one is protected through the White House in Washington DC with Deputy Chief of Staff Messina "from Missoula", but actually from Boise, ID originally.

Our fatherless fraud includes former US Senate Speaker Mike Mansfield, current US Senator Max Baucus, and his employee, Messina. One other fatherless specimen of note: 44th President Barack Obama.

So welcome to Montana, where we fly the US Flag, but give no rights, uphold no law, other than "protect thine own" in the 48th ranked state for Justice. The Justice Department tolerates this garbage from Montana, but is now sending in "Speakers" like Chief Justice Roberts, Right Honourable Canadian Chief Justice, Anton Scalia, and on February 9, 2011 the US Attorney General Eric Holder.

The going theme in the White House is "actions speak louder than words". It is time to get tough with crime within the last ranked justice system in the country. Montana is the largest criminal and civil conspiracy in the United States. Good thing the Justice Department and administration are speaking to criminals. Speak to the Montana Attorney General who threatened to protect unethical, and criminal actions of one of his state prosecuting officers. Criminals don't listen to authorities, even when they wear the badge.

Former Sergeant Fowler professed his innocence. I believe him. Time to stop the "anything goes" justice that has predominated Ravalli County, Montana and is now infesting itself to the Nation via Montana officials occupying the White House and US Senate.

Its time to stop covering up for a criminal department in Ravalli County, and make a clean cop take the rap."

Sarah Peters Makes A Stand Against Domestic Violence Not Taken Serious In Montana By Law Enforcement.

Montana Law Enforcement DOES not Take Stalking Serious, Does not Listen to Victims before it is too Late and it is Time that Montana Law Enforcement Actually Protect and Serve.

Yeah to Sarah Peters. ENOUGH is ENOUGH.
Time to Hear the Victims Cries.
Time to Listen, Make a Stand and Make a Difference.
RIGHT Now !!!

" Recent Murders Spur Protest Against Domestic Violence"

"It has taken Sarah Peters one year, but she’s speaking up. Her mission, she says, is to shine more light on the dark world of domestic violence.

Peters, 27, was 16 years old when she married Justin Calbick, who is currently being held in the Flathead County jail and accused of shooting his brother, Stacey Calbick, 38, and father, Donald Calbick, 60, on Jan. 27, 2010.

On the anniversary of the shootings, Peters and several of her friends stood outside the Flathead County Justice Center holding signs with messages about domestic violence prevention.

Peters said she would like to draw more attention to the matter so no one would have to go through what she did a year ago.

On Jan. 13, 2010, Calbick was arrested and charged with raping and assaulting Peters. Bond was originally set at $50,000 by the District Court, but the Justice Court released him on his own recognizance.

Peters said she went through all the recommended steps to protect herself, including filing a temporary restraining order and going to a safe-house.

But on Jan. 28, 2010, the Flathead County Sheriff’s Department received a 1 a.m. call reporting that Calbick was at his wife’s home armed with a rifle and had bound several people with duct tape.

Court records say Calbick bound the hands and feet of three adults, including Peters, for three hours. There were also three children at the residence. The hostages were able to convince Calbick to turn over the rifle and let his wife’s friend go on the premise that she would not contact authorities.

The woman’s husband called 911 when she got home and responding officers found Calbick sitting on the couch unarmed and arrested him without incident.

It was only later that she learned about Donald and Stacey, Peters said, and she believes they died trying to stop Calbick from going to her house.

Donald, who Peters said was as close as a father, had said he would keep Calbick away from her, she said.

“Dad and Stacey died trying to save us and that wasn’t their job,” Peters said.

What spurred her to speak out, she said, were the Christmas Day murders of Jaimi Hurlburt,35, and her daughter, Alyssa Burkett, 15.

The suspect in the case, Tyler Miller, was Hurlburt’s ex-boyfriend and had allegedly made threats against her life in the days before the shooting.

Upon reading about the shootings in the newspaper, Peters said it was time to stop being a victim and start being an advocate.

She contends that the system that is supposed to protect victims of domestic violence is not working.

This did not have to happen,” Peters said as she held her sign in the chilly weather.

“It was completely preventable
and now it’s completely not-repairable.”

“They didn’t learn from Justin,” she added.
“They need to start protecting us.”

But Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry said that while officers want to help to the best of their ability, there are limits to what authorities are allowed to do when it comes to locking someone up.

“We of course take domestic violence very seriously and will continue to,” Curry said. “We will continue to do our part within the system.”

Curry said authorities have made strides in the past couple of years to combat domestic violence, and the Sheriff’s Office deals with thousands of these cases every year.

“If you look at our numbers, we deal with these cases every day,” Curry said.

Domestic violence cases are often very complicated when authorities are dealing with them, he said, but they seem simpler when a tragedy occurs, such as the Christmas Day murders.

“In hindsight, they’re all black and white,” Curry said.

Peters said she would like to see changes within the justice system when it comes to domestic violence, which would include certain parts of state law.

Calbick appeared for a hearing in District Court on Jan. 28, where his attorney scheduled a Feb. 3 hearing at which Calbick intends on changing his not-guilty plea.

Peters, who attended the hearing, said she would keep speaking up.

“We teach people how to treat us by what is allowable,” Peters said. “If nobody talks, nothing’s going to change.”

Joede Vanek for Ravalli County Sheriff

"Support for Vanek published in election insert June 2, 2010 Bitterroot Star Weekly paper, Stevensville, MT http://www.bitterrootstar.com/

I am writing this letter on memorial day, a day to celebrate our freedom as a nation . On Tue. June 8, we have a primary election for Sheriff of Ravalli county. This is one of the most important races any of us can vote in. Whoever becomes our next Sheriff will determine how much freedom and civil rights we will have here in this county.

For the last 12 years we have had outrage after outrage, 1/2 pound of cocaine missing from evidence room, jail suicides, deputies using the Sheriff's computer to access pornography, wife beating drunks hired to police us.

Thousands of dollars worth of ammunition stolen right under the Sheriff's nose.

Citizens complaints thrown in the waste basket and never an answer. Its almost impossible to get a copy of a police report with out endless red tape.and endless waiting. We must change things in Ravalli county.

We need professional law enforcement in Ravalli County. I am voting for Joede Vanek a tried and true police professional with 20 years experience and advanced training who can inspire and teach our deputies to be professional peace officers.

When you dial 911 who do you want to show up, a bully with a badge and a gun or a professional well trained peace officer? Its your choice.

At the present time you are better off dialing-a-prayer than 911.
