Is it True that On September 14, 2007 a hit and run accident (see above photo) occurred in Hamilton, MT

On September 14, 2007 a hit and run accident (see above photo) occurred in Hamilton, MT and was covered up by the HPD. The MHP were called twice to investigate, and they refused. How much validity does the MHP have now?

Justice and Law Enforcement integrity is in jeopardy in Montana. See www.mtjustice.info

Chief Enforcement Officer--Attorney General Steve Bullock

Please see the "recall action" page on www.mtjustice.info for Steve Bullock's recall petition. The statements contained are sworn to, and are listed on that page.

We would be remiss if the topic of retired law enforcement carry permits were not mentioned in this watch site. The State of Montana, under the direction of the chief law enforcement officer, had refused to recognize a presidential declaration to allow all retired police officers to carry a weapon, concealed for life in any state.
p
The State of Montana, and Steve Bullock do not recognize this PRESIDENTIAL ORDER. Doesn't Montana have a compact in their constitution to recognize the laws of the United States? Obviously, Steve Bullock does not feel that his state law enforcement should recognize this national card issued to all retired law enforcement.
pWe already know that Steve does not recognize due process, or equal protection, nor the Montana Constitution or US Constitution, but to turn down a nationally recognized presidential order is a bit much for us to take, Mr. Bullock. Threats, hanging up on suspected law enforcement rape information, and not recognizing retired law enforcement carry permits are grounds for a public official to resign. We think indictment is more appropriate for Mr. Bullock's actions.

An Ivy League education does not mean do what you want as a public official.

When calling into the published phone number for the Montana Attorney General office [(406) 444-2026] a receptionist hung up after a caller from "We The People" of Montana described potential law enforcement rape in Lincoln County.
p
This prompted a national press release, details given to the FBI, and a call to the Governor's office. We spoke to Nick (in the governors office), told him of the seriousness of this matter, and also spoke to Bob, (the citizens advocate). To see a copy of the press release, go to: www.mtjustice.info and scroll to the latest press release entitled: MONTANA ATTY GENERAL HANGS UP ON JUSTICE. The AG office has attempted entrapment of our coalition group who is recalling their sheriff, it's nice to have like minded friends in Eureka.
